  • Hotlines like the Samaritan Helpline, the National Alliance on Mental Illness Helpline, or the 24/7 Crisis Texting Line can help you during a crisis
  • Your health plan may offer services from debt counseling to estate planning that is available to you. Please visit your Employee Assistance Program and find out more.
  • Take the new myVRS FinancialWellness course, setting up an Emergency Fund, to learn how you can prepare for life’s financial surprises.
